Bush wants rushing title

by Ryan Ebert

Reggie Bush's goal next year is to attain the rushing title. He did have his first 1,000 yard season and started in 15 games and carried the ball 215 times. He's shown last year that he can be reliable.

"I want the rushing title," Bush said on WSVN-TV, via the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "This offseason, I've been working toward that goal. Just being effective like I was this past season. ... Every time I rush the ball, I want 4 yards. I'm keeping my focus simple and small but at the same time helping my team progress."

He was eleventh in rushing last season. It doesn't exactly look like Bush can reach this goal with the offense changing. Especially with Joe Philbin running the show now instead of Tony Sparano.

Nonetheless his goal is still reachable, and it does look like he can reach it as opposed to other years now that he's gotten better being an every down back running making better decisions and not trying to hit the homerun every play.
