Cowboys Vickers has ants in pants

Cowboys FB Lawrence Vickers was on the practice field with teammates Wednesday, when all of a sudden, he ran off the field.

It looked like Vickers might have had a groin injury, but he actually had ants in his pants which isn't good for the FB since he's allergic to the insect.

"I was doing the play," Vickers said, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. "I was running, and I was blocking someone. Then I walk off, and I'm like, 'Oh snap.' And I pulled my pants down to see, and I saw ants."

Vickers washed the little bugs off and had some Benadryl before he returned to practice.

"As soon as I got bit, I was like, 'No,' because I didn't want to freak out," said Vickers, who signed a two-year deal with the Cowboys during the offseason. "I wanted to pull my pants down and run inside, but I couldn't do that."

Four months ago Vickers had the same problem, he was stretching in a grassy field and felt some bites.

"I was wheezing, and I had to drive myself to a CVS to get some medicine," he said.

Here's hoping Vickers won't have to face anymore problems with ants anymore, which is hard when he's around grass all the time, lol.
